If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you can return it. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at email@example.com with proof of purchase. Allowing you a further 14 days to return deliver the item via a courier of your choice.
In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at firstname.lastname@example.org. To speed things up please include a picture/s of the damaged item/s in your correspondence.
Changes to a Purchase
If you need to change a purchase, email us at email@example.com with your invoice number and request. As long as we haven’t dispatched your item, we’d be happy to; Change your delivery address, Update your order, and in the rare case you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, we will give you a full refund.
We will give you a full item refund on receipt of a returned item using the original payment method. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your account. If we can do it sooner we will.
For a damaged item we will offer; a replacement if stock is available, a full refund, or store credit to the value of the damaged item.
All returns must be – unused, unworn, unwashed - returned to us in the original packaging with all tags attached. Why send it back in the original packaging? Our packaging is integral to our limited edition items. Follow these steps as your return item must reach us in its original saleable condition. Let’s work together to help reduce return waste.
Unfortunately we do not offer free return shipping. This is because we are a small independent company that cannot afford to offer both free shipping and free returns at this time.
Reduced Items and Prototype Sale Items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

- For both damaged and return items contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

- Send the parcel via a courier of your choice. We strongly advise that you keep proof of postage as you will be responsible for the items until they have arrived. Please send back the item/s with sufficient packaging to avoid damage to goods in transit.
If, you're returning an item from a country outside of the United Kingdom. Please include the original invoice outside the parcel. Write the word "RETURN" on the top so that Customs can identify it as such. Display the original invoice outward, so the price is visible. To avoid your parcel being declined and returned to you, make sure this is done correctly. We do not accept responsibility for any fees associated with items decline or held in customs.
